Office of Boar(1 of Public Works, City of Richmond, Indiana, Wednesday August 18th, 1909, The Board of Public dorks met in regular session at August 18th, 1909, at 10 Board being present: Mess The f'ollovfing proc:'.ciinga 159 Of the City Of Richmond, Indiana, the Office Of' said Board on Wednesday O'Clock A, 1A, All the members of said rs, Hallowell, elohnson and 0111eal, i were had., to -wit: - The Board meets to hear all persons interested or whose property is affected by the following described public improvement: Improvement Resolution No, 202-1909, providing for the improvement of the alley between South 7th street and South 8th street, from South C street south 530 fer3t more or less, by grading, graveling and oogidering, and-3 brick center. After hearing all persons Who appeared, and desiring to be more fully informed, the Board continues said hearing to Wednesday August 25th, 1909, 10 O'clock A. M. The Board meets to hear all persons interested or whose property is affected by the following described public Improvement: Improvement Resolution No. 203-1909, providing for the construction of a sewer in the alley between South 7th street and South 8th street and in South C street, from a point in said alley ,330 feet more or less south of South C street, thence north to South C street, thence west in South C street to .South 7th street. After hearing all persons who appeared, and desiring to be more i'ully infonned, the Board continuos said hearing to Wednesday August 25th, 1909, 10 O'Clock A. A A Petition having been filed, (July signed and witnessed, by a majority of the resident property owners, for the paving of 8th street with Asphalt, as provided for by Improvement Resolution No. 188-1909, and for which bids had been received: also a petition that said street be Paved with brick as designated by the Board. on the day bids were received, The Board considers said petitions and gives hearing to all Property owners interested who appeared: and desiring to be more fully advised as to the proper and legal course to pursue, and to give further hearing to property owners interested, the board continues the consideration of said matter until the next regular meeting, Friday AuF;ust 20, 19090 The Board, meets to hear all persons interested in the matter of the "ssessment of benefits and damages on account of the vacation of the Irst alley East of college Avenue, from National road to first alley "ct's1 as provided for b Declaratory Resolution No.advised ed i90q• After 'Aarinp, all those who appeared, and. being fully advised in the Premises, the Board unani,nously approves a final assessment roll in the said matter, confirrdng in all things the original roll tmentoi'ore Ppr°ved, and orders name transudtted forthwith to the Department of finance, "roll was presented for the improvement of North 1?.th st='e°t' om North C street to the river on the East side, and from North I 3tT09t to ?forth J street on the west side constructing a cement nidgvialk, 6 feet in width, between the pointy ndiieu, swno was taken �` advisement. `hP Board snows contract for Electric geters with the General Electric 1909any' as per terms and conditions oi' contract dated Augyst 14th, is , for u period of one year from said date. 01
