The Board meets to hear all persons interested or whose property
is affected by the following described public improvement:
Improvement Resolution No, 202-1909, providing for the improvement
of the alley between South 7th street and South 8th street, from South
C street south 530 fer3t more or less, by grading, graveling and
oogidering, and-3 brick center. After hearing all persons Who
appeared, and desiring to be more fully informed, the Board continues
said hearing to Wednesday August 25th, 1909, 10 O'clock A. M.
The Board meets to hear all persons interested or whose property
is affected by the following described public Improvement:
Improvement Resolution No. 203-1909, providing for the construction
of a sewer in the alley between South 7th street and South 8th street
and in South C street, from a point in said alley ,330 feet more or less
south of South C street, thence north to South C street, thence west
in South C street to .South 7th street. After hearing all persons who
appeared, and desiring to be more i'ully infonned, the Board continuos
said hearing to Wednesday August 25th, 1909, 10 O'Clock A. A
A Petition having been filed, (July signed and witnessed, by a majority
of the resident property owners, for the paving of 8th street with
Asphalt, as provided for by Improvement Resolution No. 188-1909, and
for which bids had been received: also a petition that said street be
Paved with brick as designated by the Board. on the day bids were
received, The Board considers said petitions and gives hearing to all
Property owners interested who appeared: and desiring to be more fully
advised as to the proper and legal course to pursue, and to give
further hearing to property owners interested, the board continues the
consideration of said matter until the next regular meeting, Friday

"ssessment of benefits and damages on account of the vacation of the
Irst alley East of college Avenue, from National road to first alley
