Richard Hendrickson, being duly sworn on an oath,
states or affirms that he is the Chief Financial Officer

and has full knowledge of the facts which are stated

quirements constituting qualification as a qualified
newspaper as provided by Minn. Stat. § 331A.02,

T e city council of the city of Medina has
a••pted Ordinance No. 442. The ordi-
nce adds Section 745 Establishing a
Storm Water Utility to the code of ordi-
n. ces. The ordinance will establish a
fe: system and structure to pay for all or
pa t of the cost to construct, reconstruct,
re pair, enlarge, improve or obtain facili-
tieand to maintain, operate and use
the storm water management program
