A Cape Cod Commission staff hearing officer will hold a virtual pro -forma public hearing on the following Project on
Thursday, October 13, 2022 at 10:00 a.m.
This proceeding is for procedural purposes only. There will be no presentations, testimony, or substantive action
taken.
Project: Pound Pond Flood Mitigation and Drainage Improvements (CCC File No; 22015)
Project Applicant; Town of Dennis Department of Public Works
Project Location: Sea View Park, 475 Lower County Road and
60 Chase Avenue Dennis, MA 02639
Assessor's Map 59, Parcel 62, Map 41, Parcel 42
Project Description: The Project includes stream restoration, culvert daylighting, creation of wetland habitat, and
related activities to Pound Pond at Sea View Park in Dennis. The Project aims to improve water
quality and create a more natural stormwater drainage system.
Note; The hearing will.be held virtually, with members of the subcommittee participating remotely, pursuant to Chapter
107 of the Acts of 2022, An Act Relative to Extending Certain State of Emergency Accommodations.
