A COMMITTEE IN CHARGE OF THE OPERATION OF THE
RICHMOND POWER & LIGHT PLANT, MARCH 17, 1975
1 The Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana, met in regular
2 session March 17, 1975 at the hour of 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers
3 in the Municipal Building in said City serving as a committee in charge
4 of the operation of the Richmond Power & Light Plant. Mr. Brown
5 presided with the following members present: Messrs. Cornett, Elstro,
6 Geier, Hilton, Marino, Merchanthouse, Mills and Williams. Absent:
7 None. The following business was had to-wit:

9 Mr. Geier moved to approve the minutes of the previous meeting, seconded
10 by Mr. Hilton and on unanimous voice vote the motion was carried.

12 Mr. Geier moved to approve the following bills, seconded by Mr. Cornett
13 and on unanimous voice vote the motion was carried.

15 APPROVE THE FOLLOWING:
16 Bills in the amount of $667,412.35
17 Interest Coupons 1 ,542.50
18 1 Payroll 66,741 .91

20 TRANSFER FROM CASH OPERATING FUND TO:
21 Depreciation Reserve Fund $ 91 ,000.00
22 Cash Reserve Fund 60,000.00
23 Utility Bond Fund 68,983.32

25 Irving Huffman, General Manager, requested a resolution approving revised
26 terms, conditions and a revised schedule of rates for electric utility
27 services and charges to be collected from users of the electric utility
28 system of the City of Richmond and authorizing the filing of same with
29 the Public Service Commission of the State of Indiana for their approval .

31 Mr. Marino moved to approve the resolution, seconded by Mr. Geier and
32 on a call of the roll the following was recorded: Ayes; Geier, Marino,
33 Merchanthouse, Williams and Brown. Noes ; Cornett, Elstro, Hilton and
34 Mills. The vote being five (5) to four (4) in favor of the Resolution.

36 There being no further business on motion duly made, seconded and passed,
37 the meeting was adjourned.
