Town of Hopkinton Appropriation Committee

1. Call to Order
Chair Mike Manning called the meeting to order at 6:04 PM with the following members present:
Mike Manning Pam Waxlax
Shahidul Mannan Rebecca Robak (arrived 7:00 PM)
Absent: Wayne Pacheco
2. Convene joint meeting with Board of Selectmen and School Committee
The committee’s attendance, along with that of the School Committee, was requested by the Board
of Selectmen for the purpose of on-going budget discussions with respect to the FY19 budget.
3. Adjourn
On a motion made by Pam Waxlax, seconded by Rebecca Robak, the committee voted to adjourn
the meeting at 8:30 PM.
