A SPECIAL ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP FOR A CERTAIN PARCEL FROM R-2 TO C-1
Whereas, the Zoning Map designates certain property commonly known as 1810 South L Street, and legally described as provided and follows, to wit:
Lots 219, 220, 221 Richards Addn.
as an R-2 One Family Residence District; and
Whereas, it is desirable to change the above described real estate’s zoning designation to
a C-1 Limited Commercial District in order to allow the owner to operate a beauty salon from this location.
NOW THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana, that the zoning designation for the above described property is changed to a C-1 Limited Commercial
District.
Passed and Adopted this 3rd day of October , 2005, by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana.
