Dear Mr. O'Boyle, This letter provides the estimated cost for production of public records request #484 that your secretary, Brenda Russell, made to me, verbally, on your behalf on April 16, 2014. The Town sent a request for clarification on April 17, 2014, to which you responded to on April 18, 2014. This correspondence is reproduced below for your convenience. Our request for clarification stated "I believe that you are seeking only records that were referred to at the April 11, 2014 Commission meeting." Based on your April 18 response, the Town understands your request to be for public records regarding matters spoken about in the Commission meeting on April 11, 2014. The Town of Gulf Stream has identified records that are readily available and identifiable. The agenda for the Commission meeting of April 11, 2014, along with the back -up materials, are available on our website at http: / /www.gulf- stream.org /images /041114agenda.pdf. The copy of the invoice and advertising for Ordinance #14/1 is attached to this e-mail. Please note that the draft minutes for the April 11, 2014 meeting have not yet been prepared.
