Pursuant to•eontinuation to this date the Board meets to hear all
persons interested or whose property is affected by the following
described public improvement: Improvement Resolution No.203-19099
providing for the construction of a sewer in the alley between South
7th street and South 8th street and in South C street, from a point

north to South C street, thence west in South C street to South 7th
street. After hearing all persons who appeared, and being fully
advised in the premises the Board decides that the benefits to
Property liable to be assessed for said improvement are equal to the

and thereupon takes final action on said resolution as originally
adopted the.same being confirmed by a unanimous vote of the Board
without modification,
