The Board of Public Works of the City of Richmond, Indiana
net in regular session at the Office of said Board on Friday
September loth, 1909, at 10 0'Clock A. M. The following members
of said Board being present: Messrs, Hallowell and Johnson, absent
oitleal. The following proceedings were had, to -wit: -
The Board confirms Improvement Resolution 110. 201-1909, as originally
adopted, providing for the improvement of the alley between South 9th
street and South loth street, from Main street to first alley south,
by paving the roadway the full width thereof, between the points
named, with one of the kinds of modern pavements, to -wit:- Brick,
Bitulithic, Asphalt or Cement.
The Board unanimously adopts Improvement Resolution Ito. 209-19091
providing for the improvement of north 13th street,from Borth 0 street
to North H street, by constructing cement sidewalk, 6 feet in width,
on the east side thereof, between the points named.
The Board unanimously adopts Improvenent Resolution 110, 210-1909,
providing for the construction of a sewer: Beginning at the sewer in
Main street at Second street, thence south in South Second street to
the first alley south of Main street, thence east in said alley to
South Third street: also in the alley between South Second and South
Third street, from the first alley south of Bain street, south 125
feet more or less,
The Board receives the recignation of Oeo• 41. Young, Sanitary Inspector,
and. accepts the same to take effect as of this date.
The Board did then adjourn.
