After ,&ring all Persons who appeared, and being fully advised in the pramises, the Board decides that the benefits to property liable to in assessed for said improvement are equal to the estimated cost of he same as reported by the City Civil Engineer, and thereupon takes f final action on said resolution as originally adopted, the same being �onfirned by a unanimous vote of the Board .Without modification. °:n.e Board receives bids for the improvement of the first alley south �f Liain street, from South 9th street to South loth street, by paving t:'e roadway the full width thereof between the points named, with one i the kinds of modern pavements, to -wit: Brick, Bitulithic, Asphalt ;r Cement, as provided for by Improvement Resolution No. 2OG-19099 as follows: aniel G.
