Ofi'lc: of lsoard. of Public Works, City of Richmond, Indiana, ] 83 Friday October 1st, 19098 The Board Of Public Works of the City of Richmond, Indiana, met in regular session ut the office of said Board on Friday October 1st, 1909, at 10 O'clock A. Li. All menbers of said Board being present: Messrs, Hallowell, Johnson and O'Neal. The following procrl.dings were had, to -wit: - The Board meats to hear all persons interested or whose property is affected by the following described public improvement: Improvement Resolution No. 209-1909, providing for the inprovement of north 13th str^.et, from north G strut to north H street, by constructing cement sidewalk, 6 feet in width, on the east side thereof, between the points named. After hearing all persons who ap ed, anj being fully advised in the premises, the Board decides that the benefits to property liable to be assessed for said improvement are equal to the estimated cost of the sare as reported by the City Civil Engineer, and they:upon takes final action on said resolution as originally adopted, the same being, confirmed by a unanimous vote of the Board without modification.
