The Board Of Public Works of the City of Richmond, Indiana,
met in regular session ut the office of said Board on Friday
October 1st, 1909, at 10 O'clock A. Li. All menbers of said
Board being present: Messrs, Hallowell, Johnson and O'Neal.
The following procrl.dings were had, to -wit: -
The Board meats to hear all persons interested or whose property is
affected by the following described public improvement:
Improvement Resolution No. 209-1909, providing for the inprovement
of north 13th str^.et, from north G strut to north H street, by
constructing cement sidewalk, 6 feet in width, on the east side
thereof, between the points named. After hearing all persons who ap
ed, anj being fully advised in the premises, the Board decides that
the benefits to property liable to be assessed for said improvement
are equal to the estimated cost of the sare as reported by the City
Civil Engineer, and they:upon takes final action on said resolution
as originally adopted, the same being, confirmed by a unanimous vote
of the Board without modification.
The Board approves a primary assessment roll of benefits and
damn}res in the matter of *the vacation of west Third street, from
ti;e north line of the first alley north of Chesnut street to the
north line of Lots No, 60 & 61, West :3de=yndieate 9rb-Division,
as provided for by Declaratory Resolution No, 45-1909,
The Eoard approves an amencL rent and suyi ler:.nt to original primary
assessnent roll in the matter of the construction of a main sewer
in Northwest 2nd street and alley north of Laurel street, fron
station 23x50 on Eheridun street to station 12x50 ut alley or, west
side of ;lorthwest 1st stye^t and known as route 110. 1, as provided
for by Improvement Resolution No, 130-1907.
The Board orders the constructs n of a cross -walk on the west side
Of West 2nd street across Kinsey street.
The Board enters into a contract with the standard oil Company for
the supply of certain oils at certain stipulated prices, for the
use of the Municipal Eloetvic Light Plant for the year ending
October 21st, 1910.
