eclaratory Resolution 110. 46-1909, providing for the widening of
,nter street to a width of 50 feet, from West Second street to West
ifth street, No r.monstrance being filed or presented to the Board

nutter, the Loard takes final action on said resolution, confirming
without modification all former action taken on the same. And the
Loard now orders that a list or roll be prepared of all owners or

Improvement Resolution No. 202-1909, providing for the inprovement of

postpones further action on said resolution until February 18t, 19104
