The City Civil Engineer reported the completion of the contract under
Aaprovement Resolution No. 189-1909, providing for the improvenent
of the 2nd alley north of ,.gain street, from ?forth 7th street to North
Bth street, by paving the roadway with cerent the full width thereof,
between the points named, the Board accepts the sane and orders
assessment moll prepared.
The City Civil Engineer reported the completion of the contract under
Inorovaiaont Resolution No. 195-1809, providing for the improvement of
North 17th street, from ruin street to Railroad street, by construct-
inp cement side'•y.Ilk and cement curb and gutter on both sides thereof,
between the point.1 named, the Board accepts the same and orders
assessnent roll prepared.
Claims to the amount of $5286.97 were allowed and ordered paid.
