,be Board me^ts to near remonstrances, if any, from persons prinaril'
esesssed on account of the improvement of South A street, from South
$ed street to Routh :'1rt street, by constructing cetant sidewalk, 6
{set-in Tidth, and cet^ent curb and gutter or, both sides thereof,
between the points named, except on the portiona of °aid street a ere
onrtynt sidewalk. ar.d ten^rt curb and gutter of good quality already
exists, as provided for by Irrproven^nt Resolution No, 175.1909,
ifter hearing all persons who appeared, and carefully considering
rMlistrances foiled by A. Keilhorn, by Robbins & Robbins attorneys,
R, B. otten, D. E. Iforrow, by J, 1.1. Morrow, William 1?. Bartel Sr., by
Robbins & Robbins attorney, remonstrating against the assessment of
benefits assessed by the Board, as appears on said assessment roll,
against the property of the said remonstrators, the Board approves a
final assessment roll, Messrs, Hallowell and O'Neal voting aye, and
1r, Johnson voting nay as to those properties where brick of good
Tiality was taken up and whose owne=". remonstrated against the
assessments of benefits made against their property, confirming in all
things the original assessment roll as heretofore approved, and orders
save transmitted forti':with to the Department of Finance.

aDDeared the Eoard approves a final assessment roll, confirming in
all things the cri rial assessrrer.t roll as heretofore approved, and
orders same transmitted forthwith to the Department of Finance.

Herber of Hoae Company tic. 4, to Lake ei'fect December 3rd, 1909.
