A RESOLUTION APPOINTING THE SOUTHWEST AGENCY FOR RISK MANAGEMENT
(SWARM) AND SOUTHWEST AGENCY FOR HEALTH MANAGEMENT (SWARM)
DESIGNATE AND ALTERNATE REPRESENTATIVES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE OF PLAINFIELD, WILL COUNTY, ILLINOIS, that
John McDonald, Interim Village Administrator, be hereby appointed as the Village of
Plainfield SWARM and SWARM Representative and that Barbara Kujath, Finance Clerk, be
hereby appointed a$ the Village of Plainfield SWARM and SWARM Alternate
Representative.
