A RESOLUTION CREATING A CLASS "H" LIQUOR LICENSE WITHIN THE VILLAGE
OF FLAINFIELD.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLAINFIELD, WILL COUNTY, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
1. The Liquor Commissioner is
Class "H" license allowing tr

a) One Class "H" license is authorized to be issued to The
Plainfield Volunteer Firefighter's Women's Association
for the sale of alcoholic beverages for a Spaghetti
Dinner to be held at 703 N. DesPlaines Street.
2) The terms and conditions are as follows:
a) Dates : The Class "H" license shall be issued for the 2nd
day of February, 1996.
b) Times: The authorized times far serving alcoholic
beverages under said license be from 4:00 p.m. to 7.2:00
midnight on the 2nd day of February, 1996.
c) No permit shall be issued unless the licensee has
furnished a dram shop certificate of insurance and a
penal bond as required by ordinance.
d) Any license issued to this resolution shall be subject to
all rules of the Liquor Commissioner and the provisions
of Chapter 4, Article 2, of the Code of Ordinances of the
Village of Flainfield.
