RESOLUTION NO. 1137 A RESOLUTION CREATING A CLASS "H" LIQUOR LICENSE WITHIN THE VILLAGE OF PLAINFIELD BE IT RESOLVED SY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF PLAINFIELD, WILL COUNTY, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS: 1. The Liquor Commissioner is hereby authorized to issue one Class "H" license allowing the sale of alcoholic liquor by the following civic, charitable, governmental or other non--profit organization of specified premises or within an area designated on the license, with the following terms and conditions: a) One Class "H" license is authorized to be issued to St. Mary's Church on behalf of applicant, DONALD J. JANKOWSKI far the sale of alcoholic beverages at St. Mary's Schaal Hall for the purpose of the ordination of his son, Peter Jankowski on June 2, 1996. 2. The terms and conditions are as follows: a) Dates: The Class "H" license shall be issued for June 2, 1996. b) Times: The authorized times for serva.ng alcoholic beverages under said license shall be from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. c) No permit shall be issued unless the licensee furnishes a dram shop certificate of insurance and a penal bond as required by Ordinance. d) Any license issued to this resolution shall be subject to all rules of the Liquor Commissioner and the provisions of Chapter 4, Article 2, of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Plainfield. Division Street Plainfield, IL 60544 Dear Ms. Janik: Thank you for your extended courtesy in assisting me in obtaining aone-day liquor license. I would like this license for June 2, 1996 from 4 to 8 PM to be used at St. Mary's Immaculate Church in Plainfield. My son, Peter Jankowski, will be ordained as a Roman Catholic Priest an June 1, 1996, and will celebrate his first mass on June 2, at 3 PM at St. Mary's Immaculate. Following this mass, we plan to have alcoholic beverages and a buffet luncheon in the school gymnasium/lunchroom. Enclosed you will find the completed Retail Liquor Dealer's License Application, a copy of extended insurance in my name from St. Mary's Immaculate Church, proof of coverage of the Penal Bond as required by Ordinance, and a check of $25.00 to cover the cost of a Class H liquor license.
