SCHEDULE APPENDED TO CHAPTER 160 OF THE CODE OF THE
BOROUGH OF CARTERET
BE, IT ORDAINED, by the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Carteret, that the
Borough of Carteret Development Ordinance Bulk Schedule which is part of Chapter 160
Land Development of the Borough code of the Borough of Carteret is hereby amended by
adding a new regulation, that of the maximum impervious coverage-front yard as
measured in percentage.
BE, IT, FURTHER ORDAINED, that the maximum impervious coverage for front
yards in the R-50 zone shall be fifty (50%) and in the R-25 zone fifty (50%). This
requirement shall not be applicable to all other districts.
BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, that this Ordinance shall be forwarded to the Carteret
Planning Board for consideration.
BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, that a copy shall be sent to the Middlesex County
Planning Board.
