A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A CONTRACT
WITH BAISH CONSTRUCTION COMPANY FOR THE WHISPERING CREEK STORM
SEWER RECONSTRUCTION.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF PLAINFIELD, AS FOLLOWS:
I: That the Village President is hereby authorized to execute and
the Village Clerk is hereby authorized to attest to the
execution of a Contract with Baish Construction Company for
the Whispering Creek Storm Sewer Reconstruction attached
as Exhibit A.
