The following proceedings were had to -wit:-
The Board recelves a Petition for an Are light at the corner of
North 17th, street and North C street, Signed by Mr, Charles Hilbe.•
and 23 others, The Board takes the same under advisement,
he Board renews the Insurance on Brick dwelling to the amount of
11,100.00 at Olen Park for the term of .3 years in the New Hampshire
Fire Insurance Co, of Manchester, Moore & 09born agents,
The Board reports the purchase of a horse for the Glen Park at the
cost of 1200, also that theyhad sold the old team for the price of
R110.whioh they considered a good price for the sane,
The Board reports the purchase of a dump wagon for the sum of 475.J0
from Charles Zuttermeister, They also notify the Street Cornlssioner
:1 to make inquiries in regard to the North loth, street dump,
qt. Superintendent Johnson of the Municipal Light Plant ask the privelige

request,
The Clerk notifies the Board that the Committee on Contracts and Fran-
il ohises from the Common Council had set January 27th, 1910,as the day
they would meet with said Board to look over the proposed ordinance
Of the City of Richmond and The Natural Gas Co. Which ordinance was
& referred to them & the said Board at the last meeting of the Comaon
Council, Said meeting to take place at the office of said Board at
7.30 O'clock P, M. on above said date,

The Board takes the bids under advisement for father investgation,
