Bell for the new West side Hose House, at the cost of $80.00 delivered on the ground from the Jones Hardware Co. Sunerintendent of the Municipal Electric Light & Power Plant was Instructed to sell the scrap copper wire on hand at not less than 12 cents, The Board decides to purchase a 3o, foot and a 40, foot ladder for the Hook and Ladder Wagon from the American La France Fire Apparatus Company of Chicago,111. Stone Co, of Ridgeville, Indiana, for crushed stone. The Board instructs the Clerk to notify the +above named partlAs, and ask for bids for the year 1910. The Board receives bill from the P. C. Co &, St L, Railway Company dated January 1910, Bill No, 43,157 for Cltys portion of the cost of construction of undergrade crossing on the Indianapolis and Richmond, Divisions, across North-west Second Street, during ronth of December 1909, as foliows:- Total of bill dated January 1910, No, 43,157 - - + $2930*00' Bill City of Richmond 40A Less •30.75 1141.25 On Qmtioii the Dc1rd al lows the abov said bill. The Park Superintendent reports that the Elks Lodge of New Castle wishes to purchase the Elk horns at the Olen the Board decides that the Lodge may haves them at the price of $15.00 Claims to the amount of 31770.47 were allowed.and ordered paid.
