The following proceedings were had to -wit: -
The City Civil Engineer presented resolution No, 211-1910 for a
Sewer as petitioned f-or between North F Street & North i Strut
and Korth 16th,& North 19th., Streets, same was taken under advia
ment.
The Board instructs the Clerk to look up the Tuxes, or Lots owned by
gvni.arottendiek used by the City for dumping snow, on the south aide
of Main Strut between llth & 12th struts,
The Board instructs the Clerk to notify the Rev, Thos, J, Crahanp&
of the first Presbyterian Church to discontinue the practice of
dumping the ashes from the Church on North A street,
The change of shiftsfrom 12 to 8 hour shifts asked for by the Supt
and chief engineer of the Municipal Electric Lighting & Power Plant
was unanimously granted providing that Chief Engineer Oluys will
make an agreement to stay with the plant not less than 2 years,
Claims to the amount of $779eM were allowed and ordered paid,
The Board did then adjourn,

The Board decides to pay F, Wm, Crottendick the sum of $25,J0 for
u3e of Lot on South side of lain street between llth & 12th, Strips
to dump snow on and storage purposes for the City,for year 191o,
9r,Brown agent for the Indianapoliu Brewing Co, ask permission to
tap into City's private sewer, on North 1) St, betwoenFt, Wayne Ave,
and North 8th Street, The Board decides that he be allowed to tap
Into said Beyer for the sum of $30,00 and that he assume all respon-
sibility and damages from making said tap,
The Board did then adjourn,
