The following named y members of said Board being.present:.Messrs, Hammond & Zlrmerman Absent Charles, The folowing procaedings were had, to -wit: - The matter of insurance on the Municipal Electric Lighting and Power Plant, which policies expire on March 1st, 1910, was brouvht before the Board, and the same Was left to the President of tba Board Mr. Hammond, to attend too, The Chlef of the Fire Department reports to Board that the Strut Car Co, were stretching, a line of wire on the South aide of Main Street fror..the bridge east, The Board decides that the said Co, be notified to stop until further investigation, The Petition for sewer in alliy betlaePn Boy?r and Crosshall atree from alley between Sherman and Gr.int struts to School stre,t bet the points named,referred to the Board by the Coimson Council was ferred to the City Civil Engineer to investigate as to the City's cost on said sewer and report at future date, Petition for Arc Light on ?forth E stre )t at the alley between 21dt and 22nd stre:ts recommended by the Cormon Council, was taken under advisement, Claims to the mount of .1795.03 were allowed and ordered paid.
