The Board unanimously adopts Improvement Resolution No, 215-191o,
providing for the lrtprovenent of the north side of Elm Place, Prod
North St., to North 9t*., street, by constructing cement gutter atM
and cemer.t walk 10 feet in width, betwen the points named.
The Board instructs tho Clerk to advertise for bids on cross walks
for the season of 1910.
'he Board Instructs the Finance Departrent to pay Lewis Hall Oon-
tractor, the 2' of contract price, retained for one year on the
following naned improverer.t, Sewer Route No. 2 from Station 12+5:
at alley on west side of North-weat lat Street to Station 0,on
State and Nortt: rest 2nd, Strut, due January 20th, 1910, said
one year having expired and the improvement found to be in goomi
condition.
The Board decides to remove the dirt off of sidewalk on
Second Street, this tine,
Claims to the amount of $2051,14 were ..11owed and ordered paid,
The Board did then adjourn.
