Board being present: Messrs, Aats:ond, Zimmerman and Charles•
ne following proceedings were had, to-wlt:-
on motion the Board instructs Mr. Hammond President of said Boar
to write to the Kelley Road Roller Mfg. Co, at Springfield, Ohio,
and get their lowest prices for furnishing rear wheels and plate
for the steam road roller.
Thy Board approves an agreement with F. Wm. Grottendlck for the
use of 40 feet of tY a West Part of Lot 4 Jonathan Roberts Addlt>
to the City of Richmond, Indiana, said part Lot to be used for
dumping snow and storage pur(iO3e39 i'or the sum of $9.9*00 for the
year 1910.
Ifr, Fred Lemon & Attorney Jo::n F. Robbins appeared before the Bd
in regard to the Barn at Glen Park, said Barn which is the prop.
