The Board of Public works of the City of Richmond, Indiana, met in regular session at the office of said Board on Monday April 4th, 1910, at 9 o'clock A. 1,. All the members of said Board being present: Messrs, liar®ond, Ziruxarraan and Charles. The following proceedings were had, to -wit: - The Board grants permission of property owners to treat with Tarvia the following named streets, North 7th Street from the oement intersection at North A street, South in North 7th street 100 feet more or less, and North A street from 7th street west to the first alley. North loth street from Main street to North E' street, South 14th street from Main Street South, And the Street Commissioner notified to clean saidstreet at proper time for said treatment, The Board Instructs the Street Coruaissioner to clean all the str and alleys in the City and to begin as soon as practicable and the Prest, of Board to act with said corr.issioner to devise suit arrangements for said cleaning. The Board instructs the Finance Department to pay Philip Hipakin and Sons contractors, the amount of $200.00 held in reserve on the following named improvement, South-west Sewer System, Iuprov Resolution T7o, 97-1907, which amount is clue on said contract and repair work is all completed, The Board approves contract of The Kelly Springfield Road -Roller Company to furnish rear wheels complete with spikes & cotters for steam road -roller, for the sum of( 5390.00) on board earaat Springfield,Ohio, Claims to the amount of $1528,7T, were allowed and ordered paid. .The Board did then adjourn.
