And direct the Clerk to advertise for bids for the cement work
as shown by said plane and specifications.
the following complaints from the Cow n Council were reeeivrld
as follows : -
sidewalk on South-east corner of South 2nd & Al streets, covered
dth mud, Bad place in sidewalk corner South 8th and Ho Streets
broken Lila under said walk. Mortar and brick in alley between
g�th D' & S• street & South 5th & 8th street. Also the report

are in bad condition. _
the Board directs the Clerk to serve notice on The Richmond Light
Heat & Power Co. And The Richmond Natural Gas Co. to look after
:heir pipes in 8th street from North A• to South A'. street, and
out the same in good condition before the contractors begin work
on the improvement of said 8th street.
Claims to the amount of 41989.03 were allowed and ordered paid.
The Board did then adjourn.
