Engineer instructs the public service corporations through the
said representatives that hereafter in making taps they would be

The following Proceedings were had, to -wit: -
The Board directs the Clerk to notify the different Public sea

The Board unanimously adopts Improvement Resolution No. 222-1910
Providing for the construction of a sewer, in the alley north of
North I° street, •from North 8thi to North loth street: Also in the
alley first west of North loth street, from the let alley north of
Borth P, Street south to North I° street.
The Board receives protestjC615 signed by John M. Haas et al, in
regard to retaining wall at the disposal plant,same being out of
repair & alloying the sewage i rota the city to empty directly into
Olear Oreek, & thus poluting the stream, The said walls having been
repaired since the fllin of said protest no further action necessaroi
at this time,
Claims to the amount of 125,20 were allowed and ordered paid.
