The Board receives protestjC615 signed by John M. Haas et al, in regard to retaining wall at the disposal plant,same being out of repair & alloying the sewage i rota the city to empty directly into Olear Oreek, & thus poluting the stream, The said walls having been repaired since the fllin of said protest no further action necessaroi at this time, Claims to the amount of 125,20 were allowed and ordered paid.
