The Fred H. Lemon Co, agree to take the Boards offer ur %, p
for the old barn in Olen Park providing the said Co, nay have
the shed attached to the said barn, The Board instructs the Pi
Departrient to cancel the check issued to the E, G, Rill Co, i-,
the sum of $125:00 and in its stead to issue check in favor of
the F, H. Lenon Co, for 1250,00 for said barn.

Doran Bridge to erept blacksmith shop, a request for lease of
ground on east side of South-vrest 1st Strut by a Kra Martin for
the puruose of building a bungalo, is received by the 'board,
The Board decides this ground was purchased by the City for Park
and Boulevard purposes, therefore the Board refuse to lease tGe
said ground,
The Board receives bids for the inprovenent of the vre3t side of 1
South 15th Street, by constructing cement sidewalk 6 feet in
width, bettiveenSouth D" and E" Streets, except thet portion al-
ready laid erith cerlent, as provided. for by Improvement REsolutio
NO* 22u-1910, as follows:-
