The Board of Public Works of the City of Richmond, Indiana
net in re,rular session at the office of said Board on !fonds
June 20th, 1910, at 9 O'clock A, M. All the members of saidy
Board being present, Messrs, N mmond, Charlea and Z�erman,
The following proceadings were had, to -wit: -
The Board awards the contracts for the Cities supply of coal
for the year ending July 1st, 1911, as per bids on file in t�'•;
office of the Board, as follows:-

by Improvenent Resolution No, 220_19.10,
The City Civil Engineer reports the contract for the cement walk;
curb, gutter, ash & manure box, and roadways, at NO, 5 HOse.House t
completed and very satisfactory, the Board ac;epts the same and
directs the Finance Department to pay to Daniel G, S'.Urknardt the
contractor on said work, the sum of $581@58 less 429*08 retained
for one year, as scon as ordinance appropriating the said amount
is passed by the Common Council,
The City Civil Engineer reports on petition for sidewalk on west
side of North 13th Street from the Railroad crossing to ;forth H°
street, that one half of the -resident property owners had signed
the petition f'or said improvement, Board takes sane under advisenent.
Tha Board allows to Burr & Garner contractors 11o,5 Hose House,81700,_
Claims to the amount of $259O.2O were allowed and ordered paid,
The Board decide on account of the Municipal League convention being
held In this City, to adjourn to Monday June 27th, 1910,
The Board did then adjourn,
