The following proceedings were had, to -wit:-
Persuant to a notice sent to their respective companies, Messrs
Gordon, schoer3tein, Hibbard and hill, fr om the several Public
service corporations doing business in this city, appeared before
the Board; and where notified by said Board that their companies
would be compelled to place the str"ts in as good condition as
they vere before they dug them up, an�i tha ;ity Civil Engineer
would Po with them & direct them how they were to be repaired&
If not repaired after due notice had been given ti',en , the rity
