The Board accepts a plat signed by Oscar Tauer,Jr, et el dedicatee
ing to public use, certain grounds for an alley from "outh-
west 6th So South-west 7th Streets, between National road and
South -Rest AN Street.
The Board directs the clerk to notify Schneider Bros to take
off some of the earth, and place South 2nd Street In the condition
it was In before he dug it up in constructing sewer, and to keep
same in condition as per contract.

The City Civil Engineer reported the completion of the contract unde
Improvement Resolution No, 220-191o, providing for the improvement
of the west side of South 15th Street, by the construction of a cem-
ent sidewalk 6 feet In width, from South L" to E" street, except,
that portion allready laid with cement, the Board accepts the same
and orders assessment roll prepared,

to improve the west side of North 16th Street, by the construction of
