Of r & St. L. Ry. Co. tracks, as provided for by Declaratory Resol- ution No. 54-1910. and fix Thursday September 8th 1910 as a date date for final hearing on said widening. The Board unanimously artopt Declaratory Resolution No. 55-1910 providing for the widening of West 7th Street, from National - road to 11ain Street, The Board unanimously adopt Declaratory Resolution No. 56.1910 providing for the widening of West 8th Street, from National - road to Hain Street. "he Board unanimously adopts Declaratory Resolution 90,57-1910 providing for the widening of Went 9th Street, from National - road to Main Street. Upon the recommendation of the City Civil Engineer, the Board instructs the Finance 1,epartment to pay the amount of reserve due on the following contracts, to the folowing named contractors as follows to-„it:- D. 0.
