A petition was presented for the construction of a sewer in the
alley, between Chestnut Street & the right-of-way of the p. C,
o. & St. L. Ry. Co., beginning & connecting with trunk sewer
in West 2nd Street, & extending west in said alley & terminating
at a point 73 feet Past of the Past line of West 4th Street
the Board refers the same to the City Civil Engineer with instruo
ions to carry said sewer to West 4th Street.
A communication was presented from the Richmond City Water Works
company reporting that they had completed the extension on Sher.
man Street. charging 166 feet to the City, making a total of 1540
feat, entitling said company to rental of one additional hydrant,
rental of which would date from August 12" 1910.
On acoount of complaints against a Mr. Winterstein having a lunch
wagon abutting on Main Street east of 10" Street, the City Attomi
was instructed to l6k into the matter findsee what could be done
if anything to have the same removed.
City Attorney was instructed by the Board to get up an agreement
with Mr, H. Green in regard to the hauling, of gravel across the
City's ground in the river bottoms.
The Board did then adjourn.

The Board directs the Street C°minis9loner to pick & roll north 101, St
north of the Railroad to the bridge.
The Board approves a primary assessment roll in the matter of the
construction of a sanitary sewer in the alley north of north °I° St,
and the let alley west of North 10" Street from the alley north of
North"I" strIaet to North "I" street, as provided for by Improvemnt
Resolution No. 222-1910,
The Board approves a primary assessment roll in the natter of the
Construction of cement roadway in the alley between North 'a■ & Off,
Street, from North 8th to North loth Street, as provided for by
Improvement Resolution No, 219-1910,
Persuant to continuance to this date the Board met to hear remon-
strances & take final action on Declaratory Resolution No. 55-1910,
for the widening of West 7th Street from National -road to !lain Street
to a width of 50 feet, No remonstrance being filed with or presented
to the Board against said proposed widening, thereupon,being fully
advised in the matter, the Board takes final action on said Resol-
ution, confirming, without modification all former action taken on
the same. And the board. now orders that�a list or Doll be prepared
Of all owners or holders of property, and of valuable Interests therf:-

roll shall also describe the property beneficially affected.
