Ry. Co.,right-of-way, from trunk sewer in North-west 2nd street to the center of North-west 4th Street, the territory to be derived by an assessment for said sewer and its constructlol is as follows, to -wit:- alj that territory between North-west 2nd street & the west corporation line, and between Chestnut Str9et & the Indianapolis Division of the P, C. C. & St. L. Ry. Co., righ of -way. The Fire Chief reported the resignation oil Galen Hopkins as pipe at No. 4 Hose Co. The Board appoints Herbert Ray as extra firer Martin Swisher fireman advanced to position as a regular firenan to suceed Oalen Hopkins, Upon recommendation of the City Attorney, the City Controller & Treasurer are directed to devise a proper system of book keeping for the Street improvement fund, and 'hereafter all assessments be applied to the payment of bonds and interests as provided for by law.
