The minutes of the meeting of December 2, 1969 read. Moved by Arthur Theis
that the minutes be approved as read.

The minutes of the special meeting of December 15, 1969 read. Moved by Harold
Winterhalter that the minutes be approved as read.

The minutes of the Planning Commission meeting of December 15, 1969 were read.
Moved by Arthur Theis to grant the Boyer Sanitary Landfill Company a license for
1970.

Moved by Donald Des Lauriers to grant cigarette license for 1970 to the
following: Ray Schmid of Schmid Grocery, M. A. Senescall of Mickey's Bottle
Shoppe,Harold Glampe of Harold and Dwaine, Inc., Joseph A. Raskob of Medina
Recreations, Inc., Fred Glampe of Glampe's Resort and Cafe, Gladys B. Vollmer
of Glad -Mar, and Beverly Pettit of the "55 Club".

for the electricity for the sewer hook-up.

A letter from the Northwest Suburban Chamber of Commerce with regard to
the meeting January 14th. Moved by Harold Winterhalter to pay our 1970
members4ip of $10.00 to the Chamber.

Paul Gubrud appeared with regard to $100,000, bond issue. Moved by Harold
Vinterhalter that we adopt the resolution prescribing the form and details
and authorizing the issuance of $100,000 temporary Improvement Bonds of
1970 and adopt by reference the resolution recorded the meeting of
December 15, 1969.

Moved by Harold Winterhalter that we grant a non -intoxicating malt beer
license to the Plymouth Lion Club.

Moved by Donald Des Laariers to authorize Leo Leiser to purchase the necessary
street signs, the cost not to exceed $1500.00.

Notice was read of the Hennepin County League of Municipalities meeting on
January 8, 1970 at 8 P. M. at the St. Louis Park City Hall. Council Chambers,
5005 Minnetonka Blvd.
Moved by Arthur Theis to pay the bills as follows: Payroll in the amount
of $3,664.27 and order checks in the amount of $5,839.41.
