AUTHORIZING BIDS FOR FUEL STORAGE, MANAGEMENT
AND DISPENSING SYSTEM
WHEREAS, there is a need for a fuel storage, management and dispensing system
at the Public Works Facility; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the Borough of Carteret to authorize bids for
said system;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Purchasing Agent of the
Borough of Carteret is hereby authorized to advertise bids for a fuel storage,
management and dispensing system at the Public Works Facility.
Adopted this 16th day of November, 1999
and certified as a true copy of the original
on November 17, 1999.
