AN APPROPRIATION (TRANSFER BETWEEN DEPARTMENTS) ORDINANCE
AMENDING THE %023BUDGET
W}fBK6/\S, The [nnocnoo Council of the City of Richmond, \udimuu adopted u budget for
calendar year 2023 oil October 3, 2OZZ with Ordinance 32-2022; and
WHEREAS, U has been shown that certain existing appropriations buvcunnhUgotcd balances
which will be available for transferring and the Common Council has determined
it necessary to transfer money from ouu major budget class iGcatiou to uxodher,
between departments, as requested by the Mayor and hy the department heads,
and
V7DEKE&S. The transfer does not require the expenditure of more money than the total
