L[. The following m�mber3 of said Board being present, 2de33r3, ;[cumnond anti 7,imr19rman, Absent Mr. Charles. The folluwing proceedings were had, to -wit: The Board meets to hear persons interested or affected by the vacation of the alley first north of South "C" Street, running east & west from South •Ard to 4th Street, as provided for by Declaratory Resolution 1:o. 59-1910. No remonstrance being filed with or presented to the Board against said proposed vacation, thereupon,being fully advised in the matter, the Board takes final action on said resolution, confirming, without modificat- ion, all former action taken on same. And the Board now ordeal that a list or roll be prepared of all owners or holders of prop. arty, and of valuable interests therein, sought to be taken or to be injuriously affected, which list or roll shall also describe the property beneficially affected. Mr. Gennet appeared before the Board stating that their Company the Piano works Co. would like very much to have the Board to Investigate the matter of repairing or making of South "A" Street, from South 13t to 2nd Street, As to the hropable cost of same es their company would be the main beneficiaries, this matter was referred to the Engineering Department for investigation. Mr. Gennet also reports the bad condition of sidewalk at the Gennet Theater, corner North 8th & "A" Streets, around one of the pales were the cement has been taken out and never replaced on motion the Board agrees to Investigate the same.
