The Board of Public Works of the City of Richmond, Indiuna,

The following proceedings were had, to -wit: -
The Board meet" to hear all persons astoneaceounn the
etmatter of
the assessment of benefits and damat, vacation
of a portion of the alley running north and south between North
1112th & 13th Street, from u point distant 115 feet north of the no
side of North 'E• Street to the south side of the P, C, C, & St
•Ry, Co's., right-of-way, as provided for by Declaratory Resolutio
No, 58-1910, After hearing all those who appeared, and. being fully
advised in the premises, the Board unanimously approves a final
assessment roll in the said matter, confirming in all things the
roll as amended September 26th, 1910, and orders the same trans-
mitted forthwith to the Department of Finance,
The Board approves a primary assessment roll of benefits and duq
es in the ratter of the vacation of the alloy first north of South
NCO Street, running east & west from South ar(i to 4th ';trsat, as
provided for by Declaratory Reeoln+io;, ';u, 59-1910, and fix. wonaay
November 2lat, 1910 as a date of final hearing on said vacation.

of ;10),00, deposited by Philip Hipskind & Sons as evidence of goa
faith with hid submitted, In the matter of the construction of a
district sewer in the alley betwsen Chestnut Street & the right-
of-way of the Indianapolis Division oi' the P, C. C, & St, L. Ry.Oa
from trunk sewer at North-west 2nd Street to North-tivost 4ti! street
as provided for by Improvement Resolution No. 224-191U as more
than 10 days had expired since said bid was accepted by Board&
said contractor had refused to make contracts and bonds, the Said
Check was declared forfeited to the city of Richmond, and the
Clerk directed to re -advertise for bids for said sewer',
The Civil Engineer was direct^d to make arrangements with the
different manufacturers of Road Rollers, for meeting with the
Board
Hr, H. U, Johnson attorney for and in behalf of his client Ernieict
Jones, on account of injuries sustained by wire falling and str
her on the head due to the part of workmen for the city in rrrov'

of claim for damages for injuries sustained by wiry falling ard.

& sidewalks on both sides thereof Improvement Resolution No6195-1909.

No,185-1909, sewor in the alley between South llth & 12th Street,
