BOARD PRESENT: J. DARN-ELL, O'CONNELL, RATHBUN, STALZER

At 5:00 p.m. Acting President Pro-Tern K. Stalzer called the meeting to order. Darnell,
O' Connell, Rathbun and Stalzer were present.
S. Rathbun moved to reconvene the meeting. Seconded by K. O'Connell. Voice vote. 4 yes, 0
no. Motion carded.
S. Rathbun moved to go into Executive Session for the purpose of personnel not to reconvene.
Seconded by J. Darnell. Voice vote. 4 yes, 0 no. Motion Carried.
K. STALZER, ACTING PRESIDENT PRO-TEM
