The following proceedings were had, to -wit: - A petition was presented, f'or the improvement of North 7th Street from Cain Street to Fort Wayne Avenue, by the construction of cement sidewalk on both sides thereof, except were cement sidewal of good quality already exists, between the points eased, Mr, mirraerman moved that the Board purchase a half dozen small chairs for the Board'3 office, motion prevailed, The Board unanimously adopt Declaratory Rssolution No. 65-1910, providing for the vacation. of a portion of the alley first east of South 5th Street, running from the first alley south of South "E" Street to Garden Avenue, with the exception that the City of Richmond retains full right of control over the sewer situated said alley, and reserves the right to maintain said sewer, and ti enter the said alley for the purposes oil cleaning, repairing or doing other work on said sewer whenever it may become neeeasary, The Board unanimously adopt Improvement Resolution No, 22 providing for cement sidewalks on both sides of South 4th from wain Street to South "E" Street, The Board unanimously adopt Improvement Resolution 1:0, 226-19101 providing for cement curb & gutter, except were curb of good quality already exists, and by paving the roadway the full width thereof, with one of the kinds of modern pavements, to-wir:- Concrete - Brick - Asphalt - or - Creosoted Wooden Block, Of North "D" Street from the Doran Bridge to Fort Wayne Avenue• The Board unanimously adopt Improvement Resolution No, 227-1910, providing for the construction of cement sidewalks, curb and gutter on both 31d99 of North Sth Street except where cement ook struction of good quality already exists from !lain Street to North "D" S1r99t, ' Claims to the amount of .1285g,08 were allowed and ordered Paid.
