At 8.04 p. M. The Public Hearing convened.
Administrator Burghard opened the Public Hearing on CItRIST COMMUNITY CHURCH OF
NAPERVILLE ANNEXATION AGREEMENT. The applicants are requesting an annexation
agreement, annexation, and R-1 zoning with a special use permit to establish a religious institution
on a 10 acre property on the west side of Van Dyke Road approximately ~A mile north of 127th
Street.
Ray Boss, on the building committee of the church, is here tonight to hear public comments and
Village Board direction.
Bruno Pasquinelli, property owner direct137, to the East, has a couple concerns with regard to a shared
parking plan with the school district. After reviewing the site plan, he asked if there would be room
to pull the building back on the site and had questions with regard to the possibility of minimizing the
amount of curb cuts to the site. He has no zoning objections.
There were no other public comments.
S. Rathbun mo~,ed to adjourn the Public Hearing and reconvene the regular meeting. Seconded by
R. Smolich. Voice vote. 6 yes, 0 no. Motion carried.
