against said improvement, and being fully advised in the matter,
the Board decides that the benefits to the property liable to
be assessed for said improvement are equal to the estimated
cost of same as reported by the Gi ty Civil Enj;ineeT, and there-
upon take final action on saic. resolution as originally adopt-
ed the same being confirmed +without modifieati on.

engineer to said show, as he considered it would be of great

from Doran Bridge to Ft. Wayne Ave, in portion of said street
occupied by tracks of saki company, with brick.
