PUBLIC HEARING ON SARGENT ANNEXATION AGREEMENT.
J. Durbin explained that the applicants' property is unincorporated and zoned
Agricultural. The applicant desires to annex the property to the Village of Plainfield and
rezone the subject property to R-1. Land surrounding the applicants' property is also
zoned R-1 and is being developed with single family houses. This is an existing house
with no significant new impacts, impact fee waivers are proposed. A new detached
garage consistent in character with the existing house is proposed to be constructed at the
30-foot setback line from Sharp Street.
There were no public comments and no objectors.
