PUBLIC HEARING: EAGLE CHASE ANNEXATION AGREEMENT
AMENDMENT.
J. Durbin, Community Development Director explained that the applicants are requesting
approval of an amendment to the annexation agreement for Eagle Chase, a residential
development located at the southwest comer of Rt. 59 and 135th Street. The amendment,
as required for the approval of the final plat for unit one of the subdivision, requires the
completion of the Van Dyke Road improvements no later than October 1, 2001.
