The Richmond Board of Aviation Commissioners desires to submit a grant application to assist with the cost
associated with the design plan for the construction of a building to house the snow removal equipment to be
located at the Richmond Airport.
In 2022 we received a grant from the FAA to purchase a New Holland Tractor, Snow Plow, rotary broom,
and snow blower. Per the FAA grant assurance, it is required that these items are stored indoors.
The total grant request is $64,900.00 State $3,245.00 and Local $3,245.00. The local match will he paid using
Airport funds.
