At 7:05 p.m. Mayor Rock opened the Public Hearing on AVA SCHROEDER
ANNEXATION.
Administrator Burghard stated for the record that this Annexation Agreement is
the same as that which was approved by the Board for George Schroeder on
June 7, 1999. The property is 35 acres located at the southwest corner of county
Line Road and Walker Road. It does permit for a school usage on the property
and this was put together at the request of the property owner.
There were no comments made from neither the Trustees nor the Public.
R. Smolich moved to adjourn the Public Hearing. Seconded by S. Calabrese.
Vote by roll call. O'Connell, yes; Collins, yes; Calabrese, yes; Cherry, yes;
Smolich, yes. 5 yes, 0 no, 1 absent. Motion carried.
The Public Hearing was adjourned at 7!06 p.m.
