AVA SCHROEDER PROPERTY ANNEXATION AGREEMENT. Planner Testin stated that the subject parcel is 128 acres located south of Walker Road and west of County Line Road. The applicant's property is unincorporated and zoned agricultural. The applicant desires to annex the property to the Village and rezone the subject property to a zoning classification to allow residential development. In the annexation agreement Mrs. Schroeder was hoping to add to the Annexation Agreement the following: "that there will be no annexation fees payable by the Owner for property sold to the Plainfield School District or the YMCA. The Village reserves the right to assess those fees to subsequent purchasers. Ken Smith representing the Park District has questions with regard to Item #3 and it has been the Park District's intention to continue to include the newly annexed areas of the Village unless they are part of another park district, and would like to see, if so directed by the Village, remove and the language that has been commented in the other annexation agreements reinstated which directs upon annexation to the Village directs the Petitioner within 30 days for annexation to the Park District. Administrator Burghard stated that we are following the original policy and will strike the language on the agreement presently and replace with the proper language wherein we abide by the park side contribution ordinance.
